Have you heard of And Comfort? It's a line of elevated wardrobe essentials in sizes 10-28 made from premium organic Pima cotton. And Comfort reached out and asked if I'd like to try some pieces from their collection and sent me their Apron Dress, Cloud Tee, and Tokyo Skirt. Since I received this skirt a week ago I've already worn it three times.  I wore it with a navy message tee and sandals, wore it with a tank and scarf at my throat, and wore it this way to a fundraising happy hour last Thursday.

and comfort cotton skirt review

The skirt is a gorgeous cotton that isn't too stiff but has enough body to float away from the body and keep you cool all summer.  A wide elastic waistband is pretty and comfortable. It's a faux wrap so there's no worry about flashing in a strong breeze; you can adjust the tie on the side for size but also do it in a knot or bow. And hello pockets!

I felt the look needed a pop of color so I chose my trusty pink sandals from SARTO Franco Sarto. They're surprisingly comfortable and wearable, perfect for a night on my feet. Pink and navy seem to be a recurring theme for my wardrobe this season!

  1. And now I want the apron dress, it’s totally my style. I can see wearing it with a long sleeve and colored tights when it gets cold.

  2. Damn! When I first read “I wore it with a navy message tee,” I thought it said “I wore it with a navy MASSAGE tee” and I was like I GOTTA GET ME ONE OF THOSE!!! Someone needs to work on that ๐Ÿ™‚

I’ve never heard of AndComfort before but this skirt and tee are darling, I’ll take a look!

  3. The skirt is sensational! I was skeptical of AndComfort, and have to give that to it . . .
You also were sent the tee and apron dress. Can we look forward to you modeling those in a future post? Or, is that your polite way of saying, they aren’t for you?

    1. Oh no! Not at all. I didn’t like the t-shirt with the skirt, but it’s really nice, the type that looks great under a blazer. The apron dress runs big. I adore it but the smallest size is too big for me. They asked me to take photos of me in it because they’re working on improving the fit of that piece. But all three are super nice.

  4. i love the look of a wrap, hate the reality of a wrap….this is brillant….wish it extended down into more sizes on the left. Oh, and i like the way you’ve added a pop of color with the pink shoes

  5. This outfit looks so good. I have been seeing more and more wrap skirts around, which is a delight as I thrifted one a few months ago that I have yet to wear.
