What I Wore: Classics from LOFT

One of the greatest gifts from blogging is connecting with women across the globe. When LOFT extended their size range up to 26, I was elated. As soon as it was available, I visited their Tyson's Corner location to see the new plus size offerings in person; those who follow me on InstaStories may recall my fitting room try-ons of several pieces. I must say I was impressed, and that night bought that season's equivalent of this blazer.  Many brands create a plus size line that is a different aesthetic from their regular collection; LOFT not only used the same fabrics but most of the same silhouettes, just cut for a plus size figure.

The look I'm wearing here is from LOFT, and are classic pieces that look stylish now and for seasons to come.  Pair the sweater with ankle pants in a fun color, with your favorite jeans on the weekend, or do a bit of pattern mixing styling it with a floral skirt or pants.  The skirt is lined and of a seasonless fabric and comes in petite, tall, regular, and plus sizes. The silhouette makes it a good option for the office and will be fantastic when the temps drop styled with a sweater, tights, and ankle booties. I appreciate how LOFT incorporates current trends but also has plenty of classic wardrobe staples that look chic for more than one season.
