Pastel colors, holographic tint, there are a lot of fun and feminine clear totes and backpacks on the market and are really popular with teens as well as adults. A lot of these would also make for a fantastic waterproof beach bag!
I was surprised when my daughter said a lot of classmates had switched from a backpack to a tote bag once they reached high school. However, we grown-ass women have the right to spend where we want on what we want!

Athletic-inspired Clear Backpacks and Totes
I know athletic brand clear backpacks are popular at my gym; they are also popular at my kid's high school. I see them at the mall and on the street on folks of all ages. These are deemed "cool" athletic brands and get good reviews for durability.
