I love Chico’s for their smart, stylish, liveable fashion. Clothes that work with and not against your shape, have smart technology that accomplishes things like keeping you cool, wrinkle-free, and free of stains; and clothes that go from the office to dinner to weekend and do incredibly well on travel. This season, Chico’s has a… Continue Reading Safari Chic with Chico’s

I love a good shirtdress, and when this shirtdress from the Girl With Curves clothing line arrived in my latest Dia & Co box, I was psyched. While I do wear all the outfits I feature in outfit posts… sometimes there’s a little switcheroo.ย For this look, I wore it with sneakers and then switched to heels for the photoshoot.ย The heels are quite comfortable, but a bit too dressy for hitting Whole Foods!ย I also wore this same exact look with… Continue Reading Wide Leg Pants with Sneakers and Heels
Yep, DC area born and bred! Glad to have you here, I also write at http://www.wardrobeoxygen.com about fashion for real people. Hope I can be of help and don’t be a stranger! ๐
this is funny! i wondered if you live in D.C. when i saw you refer to “the Metro” in one of your posts! i live in NOVA, and this is *so* true!
this is my first time on your blog. i need HELP! with my wardrobe, and I Googled “Mommy fashion Blogs” and yours came up! i’ll be watching your blog for help, now that I know about your posts, and we’re in the same geographic area (so same weather and stores!)
haha, as soon as it started I knew it was the same guy who did the Arlington Rap. Hilarious.
the arlington rap is also money.
but yes, this metro one is so spot-on!
Oh this made me laugh, gonna make G watch it when he gets home! Any time we go into D.C. we take the metro (unless we’re going to dinner where there’s valet). I think the best part of taking it is watching the tourists who have never been on a freakin’ subway system before. It’s not hard, but damn do they get perplexed.
