No pics from yesterday – I didn't go to work.
Uh, can you tell from these pictures how absolutely hot and humid it is? We went to bed with the window AC unit on in our bedroom, but no other AC running. Woke up to a steam bath! Since we would be gone all day and the dog likes to sleep in the bedroom, we decided to not turn on any other AC and we just sweat through our getting ready routine this morning.
Attire:
Ann Taylor: White wrap shirt, black tropical wool trousers
Mossimo: Black leather thong heels
Target: Faux turquoise necklace
Silver hoops and cuff
Hair:
Washed, conditioned and straightened before bed
Woke up to a wavy look, brushed out any bedhead
Beauty:
Cover Girl: Smoothers tinted moisturizer in Light/Medium, LashBlast mascara in Black
Cargo: Matte BeachBlush in Tenerife
Body Shop: Eye Color in Taupe
Maybelline: Brow Powder in Dark Brown, UltraLiner in Black
Clinique: Long Wearing Lipcolor in Beauty
As luck would have it, the A/C in my office is on the fritz so it's about 75 degrees in here if I keep the door closed, the lights off and the blinds closed. Not painful, but not breezy in any way. Open or turn on anything and it shoots up into the 80s. Is it 5:30 yet? 🙂

Oh no, not outside – it’s like high 80s/90s and super duper humid. In my office with no air moving and the window and door closed, if I sit still it is 75 🙂
Sorry Allie but I had to laugh! 75 degrees – hot? It shoots up into the 80’s? 🙂 I’m in Austin and it was 103 yesterday. I would KILL for a day in the mid 80’s and it’s not even summer yet! 🙂
