Hair is second day, straightened with iron.
Makeup is L'Oreal True Match foundation in C3, Nars Orgasm blush, on eyes is Revlon ColorStay shadow quad in Neutral – the ivory in inner corners and along brow bone. DiorShow Unlimited mascara in black and Maybelline Ultra Liner in black on top lash line. On lips is Maybelline Wet Shine Diamonds in Glowing Glimmer.

that dress, in theory, is really great, but you might want to find one with more of an empire waist. that waist hits you at a rather wide, unflattering point.
you may also want to consider taking that dress up a few inches…it is a strange length.
