This mosaic print dress from Gwynnie Bee is the same style as the one I wore in this post, but in a completely different pattern it gives a completely different effect. I love this print; it reminds me of a mosaic or stained glass and in some of my very favorite colors!

Gwynnie Bee is so great, this dress arrived the day of this dinner which made it super easy to know what to wear the next morning. Nothing better than a freshly-laundered arriving in time for a morning of a wine hangover and too few hours of sleep! Click here to try Gwynnie Bee and get your first month free!

This necklace is from one of the coolest companies I have come across in a long while. Sweet & Spark is a curated vintage jewelry company. Jillian and her dad, Howard, travel about the country, scouting the most modern costume jewelry from the 1940s-'90s to make vintage jewelry cool again.

  1. You know one thing i like beside the beautiful dress. That little smile. It’s says so much. You look like you always are about to laugh out loud. It makes me smile too. Thanks Allie. I really am glad you decided to continue the blog, I get my life on your blog daily.

  2. I would love to see this with your blue handbag plus a more orangey-coral lip for summer ๐Ÿ™‚ (I might have made this up but in my head you have a handbag that’s a very similar shade of blue to the pattern..?)

    1. I don’t like to tan, but I do get a bit of color in the summer that makes the orangey lip colors look better. Great idea! And no bag of this color, this is like a jade in person, reminds me of the Saturn I drove right after college ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. I just checked out Sweet & Spark and found a necklace that I already own. I bought it probably around ’88 or ’89.

  4. Like this one too but there was some magic going on with the red one. The darker print panel was in just the right spot for perfect flattery…
