When StyleCaster and Feel More Better contacted me asking to be part of their “Not Photoshopped” campaign I jumped at the chance. In this day and age where females have unrealistic expectations set forth by Photoshopped media, it’s refreshing to have fashion encourage women to show their true selves. As a mother of a little…
Blouse – CAbi Skirt – Ann Taylor Belt – Target (similar) Tights – DKNY Booties – Talbots Pashmina – Nordstrom (similar) My goodness it was cold this morning! While my husband strapped Emerson into her carseat and got his camera ready, I huddled next to the car drinking hot coffee, bundled in my pashmina (coat…
Had a community meeting and went to dinner with the hubby and then hung out in the town square with friends. Teal cotton babydoll top from Old Navy (and from Monday), cutoff denim that were the gauchos I wore last summer scissored off by me, seaglass and silver necklace from Ross, silver cuff, brown stacked…
Welcome to the December edition of What I Wore Off the Blog! Looks that didn’t end up in an actual outfit post, maybe ended up on Instagram in a Story or in the feed, and better showcase what I wear on a daily basis and how I re-wear the same things over and over, what…
Black cotton wrap shirt from Ann Taylor, black stretch poplin trousers (front crease ironed in) by Caslon, black synthetic cami from Victoria’s Secret, black city boots from Impo (wanted to wear the leopard heels but it was very cold out and I thought I may have to walk to a different building for a meeting),…
Wednesday I shared my three day trip to NYC and mentioned we did a photoshoot – well here are the photos! We met with Kathleen from Laurel Creative at Pastis, a French restaurant in the Meatpacking District, for a breakfast shoot. I bought no new clothing for this trip and struggled with what to wear…

Live in white jeans and they are a pain to find ones that fit all day long. When I find a pair that works….I buy several and bring them out mid season. So easy to dress up or down.
PS- Met Beth D of styleatacertainage. She said she was with you at reward style. You are two savvy gals!

Is there a strapless bra that you recommend? I have never found one for a plus size woman that actually holds you up and…stays up
Yes I mentioned it above and swear by it, I have it in black and nude and it really supports, flatters, stays in place and isn’t miserable to wear: http://bit.ly/2qkFQCw 🙂
I’m stocking up on strappy, flowy camis for my summer wardrobe. I’m trying out a capsule of sorts, with black, denim, cobalt and deep pink. Loft had a deep pink on sale, so I tried it out. I hope the a-line cut means the xl will fit me! How do you like those sandals? I am looking for a block heel nude sandal, and was dying the comfortview ones I’d seen in one of my catalogues.
These shoes are… fine. There’s no cushioning, so these aren’t going to be wear all day sort of shoes. But they are wide and roomy in the strap and ankle…
Maybe it’s the calibration on my monitor. Or maybe clothes are reflecting nearby objects. Your blazer and jeans look like a pale, pale blue and your cami looks like a barely visible pale pink. Do you get the same impression on your computer?
Chris
The jeans are white, the blazer is winter white, the cami is a pale blush color, the bag is ivory 🙂
